    Detailed Introduction


    The WY series desuperheating and pressure reducing device is an important device for regulating high-parameter steam to the required pressure and temperature. Its main applications are:

    Power plant boilers typically produce high-temperature and high-pressure steam. Through desuperheating and pressure reducing devices, steam of suitable pressure and temperature is delivered to the steam turbine units, providing high-efficiency energy to drive generators, pumps or other equipment.

    The function of the desuperheating and pressure reducing device is to reduce the pressure and cool the steam produced by the high-pressure steam/high-temperature boiler to the requirements of the factory.

    The steam temperature is precisely controlled close to saturated steam to achieve the highest steam efficiency.

    It is used in all production processes that employ steam, and appropriate steam can be obtained through desuperheating and pressure reducing devices. The temperature and pressure reducing device is a highly efficient, energy-saving and environmentally friendly product, widely used in many industries such as thermal power plants, centralized heating, food industry, petrochemical industry, textile industry, rubber industry, paper and pulp industry, tobacco industry, and pharmaceuticals.

    Main performance indicators:

    01) Inlet steam pressure P1 and temperature T1

    ● Medium temperature and medium pressure: P1≤3.82MPa, temperature T1≤450°C.

    ● Sub-high temperature and sub-high pressure :P1≤5.29MPa, temperature T1≤485℃.

    ● High temperature and high pressure: P1≤9.81MPa, temperature T1≤540°C.

    ● High temperature and ultra-high pressure: P1≤13.7MPa, temperature T1≤540℃.

    ● High-temperature subcritical: P1≤16.7MPa, temperature T1≤540℃.

    02) Outlet steam flow rate Q

    The variation range of the outlet flow rate Q of the temperature and pressure reducing device is 10% to 100%, and the adjustment within this range is relatively ideal. If there are any special requirements, they can be negotiated and determined separately with our company.

    03) Outlet steam pressure P2

    The regulation accuracy of the outlet steam pressure P2 shall not be lower than grade 2.5. Deviation range of pressure :P2±0.04MPa;

    04) Outlet steam temperature T2

    The regulation accuracy of the outlet steam temperature T2 shall not be lower than grade 2.5. Temperature deviation range :T2±4°C;

    05) Noise

    When the device is operating normally, measure the noise one meter downstream of the pressure reducing valve and one meter away from the pipe wall. The noise level should not exceed 85 decibels
